Salt + Pepper Grilled Steak with Blue Cheese Butter + Yum Yum Sauce
Ready for 2 simple steak sauces? 1 is a little bit traditional + the other is one you may not have tried. They required no additional cooking - just stirring in a bowl + you have it! They are completely different flavor profiles but provide the perfect choice for your dinner guests. Some like creamy blue cheese + others will love the tahini + smoked paprika sauce!
Lots of salt + pepper on a room temperature steak - heat that grill up to high heat to sear in all the flavors + natural juices. Top with your favorite sauce + enjoy! So good with grilled vegetables - I love asparagus. Slice up your favorite fresh tomato - sprinkle with salt + thyme.
This is a great year round recipe - try it on chicken + pork too!
