Paleo Chipotle Boneless Pork Ribs

Let’s talk RIBS!! OH soo good…but sometimes the bones get in the way. SOO what about BONELESS Ribs!! YES! These are Pork Boneless Ribs…and they are soo meaty with tons of great flavor – because well, FAT! I pressure cooked these first in my Instant Pot then slathered (love that word) in my homemade BBQ sauce and then put them on a hot smoker/grill for that char and caramelized texture.

My mouth is water…here is the recipe!

Paleo Chipotle Boneless Pork Ribs

2 or more lbs boneless pork ribs, cut in 4 inch sections

Salt & pepper

1 heaping tablespoon smoked paprika

½ bone broth or stock

1 cup homemade BBQ sauce – more for dipping 😊

Liberally salt & pepper the ribs on all sides. Place in your instant pot with the rest of the ingredients. On high pressure, cook them for 30 minutes.

Heat your smoker or grill on high. Transfer the ribs from the Instant Pot to a bowl and slather with the bbq sauce. Put the ribs on a high grill or smoker.

**if smoking the ribs, have the smoker on the “smoke” setting for 30 minutes and then turn to high for an additional 5-10 minutes to char the outside.
