Garlic Dijon Salad Dressing

Double tap if you see the chunk of garlic? oh yeah! Love me some garlic! I love ranch dressing and all but let's be honest - homemade dressing wins! This hits the spot over greens ALL DAY LONG! Let's make it!

Garlic Dijon Salad Dressing

1 cup Olive Oil

½ cup Balsamic Vinegar

4 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

2-4 garlic cloves, minced (depending on how much of a garlic lover you are)

½ teaspoon each salt & pepper

Mix it all together in a container that has a tight lid. Use within 1 week of making. Mix/shake before each use. I hope you love it as much as our family loves it.

*Additions: Add some honey or maple syrup for a sweeter dressing. Add fresh herbs for a seasonal flare.
