People often ask me "What is your favorite thing to cook?" or "What is your specialty?" I love to cook delicious meals from all traditions and from all over the world. Keeping it simple, fresh and full of spices and seasonings is what I love. Exploring new flavor combinations and textures is what I enjoy and I hope my clients do too!
Experimenting is my thing. Gluten free, dairy free, Paleo and Vegetarian dishes are my passion. I thrive on changing people's perceptions on what can taste good. Can't eat cheese? Let me WOW you with my dairy free meals!
When I am not in the kitchen, my family and friends are my first priority. They always come first but food is my passion! I love trail running, interior design, traveling and exploring new cultures and cuisines. My two young daughters are my biggest critics and it is my goal to make them love quinoa, almond flour and raw snacks.
I am happy to provide my services to Northern Virginia and the surrounding Washington DC area. Being a Gluten Free and Paleo Personal Chef, is a pleasure and I look forward to bringing my creative passion to your home.
I went to The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts,
in Boulder, Colorado.
I graduated at the top of my class.
